Job Description:

Your role will be to analyse, design, verify and validate solutions for business requirements and/problem specific to the BSS domain and any associated touch points. The solutions must enable the achievement of goals, the provision of services/capabilities and the improvement in efficiencies/revenue/customer experience across the organisation on behalf of the various requirement stakeholders.

Due to the business-critical nature of the business, you may occasionally be required to work outside of normal working hours.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ minimum proven industry related experience interacting directly with end users, in similar position in the telecoms environment

• Grade 12

• Normal literacy – English: read, write and speak

• BSc/Engineering degree

• Huawei BSS experience a plus, BSS experience a must.

• OO Analysis design and programming techniques

• DBMS experience

• PL/SQL

• Expertise with various frameworks

• PCI Banking/Online payment a plus

• Working across highly complex environment with multiple business areas involved in the solution.

• 30% travel.
