We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
PURPOSE OF JOB
To develop, implement, monitor, and maintain effective recruitment practice, policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Manage the operations of the department
Lead and manage the people in the department
Manage the full talent acquisition process
Manage employer branding
Manage Shared Services in the recruitment environment
Manage relationships with third parties
Manage and control department budgets / finances
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Relevant 3-year degree in Human Sciences or equivalent
DESIRED EDUCATION
None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3 -5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role; 1-2 years in a supervisory / line management role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in SAP / Success factors systems will be an advantage
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Clear grasp of online and social media engagement principles as it relates to the acquisition process
Knowledge and application of budgeting principles and processes
Knowledge and understanding of all talent acquisition processes (including but not limited to advertising, sourcing, screening, assessing, evaluating, and appointing)
Knowledge of all relevant legislative and statutory requirements (including but not limited to: Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Employment Equity Act)
Proficiency in all relevant systems (e.g., e-recruitment system, data warehousing, etc.)
Project management skills and systems thinking ability
Management of Service Level Agreements
Proficiency in MS Office Tools
